St Malo Bakery Crows Nest

St Malo is fairly new in Crows Nest (close to North Sydney), probably about 1 yr old. I have been a loyal customer of St Malo Bakery since day 1 when they opened their door & they are the best bakery in Crows Nest (there are 4 bakery within the area).
Artisan organic bread, pastry, quiches, pies, birthday cakes, pre-made sandwiches are available. Everything is made fresh on the spot & priced reasonably.

Simple French decor with limited seating areas. My favourite spot is the 'aquarium' - sitting inside the glass room next to the kitchen & you can watch the chef playing with the dough - twist, flatten, shape, roll, bake, etc. My little words of wisdom 'come early to avoid long Q, breakfast can go a little crazy here'.
