You can also substitute Pizza base with Lebanese bread (the bread for kebab) if you prefer thinner base. In total this will not take you more than 35 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Ready to use Pizza Base
- Leggo Pizza Sauce
- Roma Tomato (I found this is tastier than normal tomato)
- Pumpkin sliced paper thin
- Mushroom (swiss brown mushroom/ cup mushroom/ button mushroom) sliced
- Fresh Basil
- Spanish Onion (looks like onion but purple colour, sweeter than normal onion) sliced thin
- Shredded Tasty & Mozarella Cheese
- Preheat your oven - my oven is fan forced and I normally set it at 175 degrees
- Spread Leggo Pizza Sauce over the pizza base
- Please follow the order of how you put your toppings below... otherwise your pizza may go soggy
- Put Spanish Onion, Mushroom, Pumpkin & Basil (this will protect the base from the juice that come out from tomatoes)
- Put Roma Tomato
- Sprinkle Tasty & Mozarella Cheese
- Put into the oven for about 15-20 minutes
